Why was JVI founded?
JVI was born out of frustation! Frustration that many necessary night vision parts are not available in Europe, and that many of the high-cost parts are actually quite mediocre! We think we can offer better solutions!
Where is JVI located? Where are your products made?
JVI is located near Nuremberg, Germany.
All of our products are fully designed, developed and manufactured in Germany.
Fasteners used in our products may be sourced from other countries, depending on availability.
What is the JVI Performance Warranty?
All products are 100% warranted to function as intended. If you have an issue with one of our products not fitting your devices or mounts, all we ask is that you contact us with a detailed explanation of the problem, ideally with photos or videos detailing the issue. We will make sure to solve your problem to your satisfaction!

How can I order one of your parts?
We are currently in the process of figuring out how to distribute our parts, whether directly or with the help of established international night vision dealers. If you are signed up for our newsletter, you will be kept up to date on when and how parts can be purchased.
I have a product idea! Do you also do custom work?
If you have a cool idea in the areas of hunting, tactical shooting, or electro-optics and need someone to design/develop/machine your parts, send us a message. We might be able to help you out!
